Additionally, we offer Breatheology workshops, Yoga and Pranayama and Oxygen Advantage workshops for those interested in exploring other breathwork modalities.

For those looking to experience a unique combination of breathwork and ice bath, plus sauna therapy, we also offer our weekly Breathwork, Ice Bath, and Sauna sessions. These sessions are led by experienced instructors who guide participants through a breathwork session followed by an ice bath, contrast therapy, and a relaxing session in our barrel sauna.

This workshop is only available to people who have completed the Wim Hof Method Fundamentals course with us.
Join Stuart and Kam every Saturday from 9 am to 12 pm for the Breathwork, Ice Bath, and Sauna Session.
This experience, designed for those familiar with the Wim Hof Method, offers a chance to deepen your practice, meet fellow practitioners, and maintain your training. The session includes guided breathwork, ice bath immersion, relaxing sauna time, and the use of our swimming pool.
