Advanced Wim Hof Method Workshops

At Breath Inspired, we offer an Advanced Wim Hof Method workshop suitable for those who have completed the Wim Hof Method Fundamentals workshop. Our Level 2 instructor, Stuart Wilson, puts together a program with more advanced techniques, which includes the Power Breath technique and Brown Fat Activation – a technique similar to the Tummo meditation practiced by Tibetan Monks. This workshop is designed for participants who are not apprehensive about taking an ice bath of up to 15 minutes.

In this workshop, you will engage in a breathing session comprising several consecutive rounds, enabling you to push beyond your limits and achieve greater control over your mind and body. However, our goal is not to encourage reckless daring but to promote careful, curious exploration of the Wim Hof Method.

By the end of the workshop, you will have a better understanding of how to use your breath and cold exposure to optimize your physical and mental health. Our advanced workshop provides a platform for experienced Wim Hof Method practitioners to deepen their practice and push their limits.
