Without limitation to the foregoing, the Company provides no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation of any kind that the Service will meet Your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards or be error free or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.

Without limiting the foregoing, neither the Company nor any of the company’s provider makes any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied: (i) as to the operation or availability of the Service, or the information, content, and materials or products included thereon; (ii) that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (iii) as to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information or content provided through the Service; or (iv) that the Service, its servers, the content, or e-mails sent from or on behalf of the Company are free of viruses, scripts, trojan horses, worms, malware, timebombs or other harmful components.

Event Participation, Admission, and Ticket Policy

The Company may organise, host, or facilitate workshops, courses, retreats, training sessions, community gatherings, and other events (collectively referred to as “Events”). By purchasing a ticket, making a booking, or attending an Event, You agree to comply with all instructions, safety guidance, policies, and reasonable requests issued by the Company, its staff, facilitators, or authorised representatives.

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to refuse admission to any Event or to remove any participant from an Event if the Company determines that the individual’s behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, inappropriate, non-compliant with instructions, or otherwise detrimental to the safety, wellbeing, or experience of other participants, staff, or the Event itself. This includes, but is not limited to, failure to follow safety instructions, conduct that may pose a risk to oneself or others, harassment, intoxication, or behaviour that interferes with the operation of the Event.

Where a participant is refused entry or removed from an Event for any of the reasons described above, the Company reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a refund, partial refund, credit, or no refund will be issued.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Event tickets, workshop bookings, course registrations, and similar purchases are non-refundable. In certain circumstances, and strictly at the discretion of the Company, a booking may be transferred to another person or moved to a future Event date. Any such request must be submitted in advance and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The Company is under no obligation to approve such requests.

Tickets or bookings purchased under early bird pricing, promotional offers, discounted rates, or special pricing structures are strictly non-refundable. However, subject to approval by the Company, these bookings may be transferred to another participant or moved to a future Event date where appropriate.

The Company reserves the right to modify the schedule, location, format, or content of an Event where necessary. The Company also reserves the right to postpone or cancel Events due to operational requirements, safety concerns, insufficient attendance, force majeure, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. In the event that the Company cancels an Event, participants will be offered either a rescheduled date, credit toward a future Event, or a refund of the amount paid, at the Company’s discretion.

Participants attend Events voluntarily and accept that certain activities may involve physical or environmental exposure. By attending an Event, You acknowledge that You participate at Your own risk and agree to follow all instructions and safety guidance provided by the Company.

Intellectual Property, Photography, and Media Usage

All workshops, training sessions, events, materials, presentations, methods, content, branding, and experiences delivered by the Company are the intellectual property of the Company and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

All trademarks, service marks, brand names, logos, course names, methodologies, and associated materials presented by the Company remain the exclusive property of the Company. Nothing contained within the Service, any Event, or any materials provided shall be interpreted as granting any license or right to use any intellectual property without the prior written consent of the Company.

Participants are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, record, film, photograph for commercial use, teach, copy, publish, or otherwise exploit any aspect of the Company’s Events, training, or materials without prior written permission from the Company.

The Company may photograph, film, or otherwise record Events for documentation, promotional, educational, or commercial purposes. By attending an Event, You grant the Company the irrevocable right and permission to use any photographs, video recordings, or media captured during the Event in which You may appear, for marketing, promotional, educational, or commercial purposes, without compensation.

Participants may take personal photographs during Events only where permitted by the Company. However, all photographs, video recordings, or media captured at the Company’s venues or Events remain subject to the Company’s intellectual property and usage policies.

Photographs, video recordings, or media taken during Events may not be used for commercial purposes, promotional purposes, training purposes, or in connection with any other business, brand, workshop, course, or service without the Company’s prior written consent.

Participants must obtain explicit written permission from the Company before publishing, distributing, licensing, or otherwise using any photographs, video recordings, or media captured at the Company’s venues or Events in a commercial, promotional, or professional capacity.

The Company reserves the right to request the removal of any images, recordings, or content captured at its Events or venues if such content is used in a manner that the Company determines to be misleading, unauthorised, or in conflict with the Company’s intellectual property rights.

Non-Commercial Use and Training Restrictions

All Events, workshops, courses, training sessions, methods, frameworks, materials, exercises, protocols, and experiences delivered by the Company are provided strictly for personal educational and experiential purposes only.

Participation in any Event or training delivered by the Company does not grant any right, license, certification, or permission to teach, reproduce, replicate, adapt, commercialise, or otherwise use the Company’s methods, materials, or training in a professional, instructional, or commercial capacity unless such permission has been explicitly granted in writing by the Company.

Participants are expressly prohibited from using knowledge, techniques, materials, frameworks, or experiences obtained through the Company’s Events for the purpose of creating, promoting, marketing, or delivering workshops, training sessions, courses, retreats, or services that substantially replicate, imitate, or derive from the Company’s intellectual property.

Participants may not represent themselves as being authorised, endorsed, affiliated with, or certified by the Company unless they have completed an official certification program explicitly issued by the Company and remain in good standing under any applicable licensing terms.

The Company reserves the right to take appropriate legal action where it believes that its intellectual property, training methods, materials, or brand identity have been reproduced, misrepresented, or commercially exploited without authorisation.

Health, Safety, and Participation Responsibility

Participation in the Company’s Events, workshops, courses, training sessions, or activities may involve physical activity, breathing exercises, exposure to cold or heat, or other wellness practices that may place physical or mental demands on participants.

By attending any Event or participating in any activity offered by the Company, You confirm that You are voluntarily choosing to participate and that You are physically and mentally capable of doing so. You acknowledge that it is Your responsibility to consult with a qualified medical professional prior to participation if You have any medical conditions, concerns, or uncertainties regarding Your ability to safely participate.

You agree to inform the Company of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns that may affect Your ability to participate safely. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit or restrict participation in certain activities where it believes participation may pose a risk to the individual or others.

You acknowledge that participation in breathwork practices, cold exposure, heat exposure, and related wellness activities carries inherent risks, and You accept full responsibility for Your participation. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, its owners, instructors, employees, and representatives shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or adverse outcome that may occur as a result of participation in any Event or activity.

Participants agree to follow all safety instructions, guidance, and protocols provided by the Company at all times. Failure to follow safety instructions may result in removal from the Event without refund.

Recording, Filming, and Audio Capture Restrictions

To protect the integrity of the Company’s Events, training content, and intellectual property, participants are not permitted to record, film, livestream, or capture audio of any part of an Event, workshop, course, or training session without the prior written consent of the Company.

This restriction includes, but is not limited to, the use of mobile phones, cameras, audio recorders, wearable devices, or any other recording equipment capable of capturing video or audio.

Participants may take limited personal photographs only where explicitly permitted by the Company. However, the recording of instructional content, guided practices, presentations, training material, or any part of the teaching process is strictly prohibited unless authorised in writing.

Any unauthorised recordings may be requested to be deleted immediately, and the Company reserves the right to remove any participant found to be recording without permission. In such circumstances, the participant may be removed from the Event and may forfeit any fees paid.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, the Company’s Services, or participation in any Event, workshop, course, or activity organised by the Company shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws specified in the Governing Law section of these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, You agree that any legal action, claim, or proceeding arising from or relating to the Company’s Services or Events shall be brought exclusively in the courts located within the jurisdiction specified in these Terms. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the venue or jurisdiction of those courts.

You further agree not to initiate or pursue legal proceedings against the Company in any jurisdiction other than the one specified in these Terms, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Where possible, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting the Company and allowing a reasonable opportunity for the matter to be addressed prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings
