Learn the 3 pillars of the Wim Hof Method:
Find out how you can utilise oxygen and cold exposure to optimise body & mindset, and learn about the underlying physiology.
We will be teaching you about the science and benefits of the Wim Hof Method and will be giving you specific breathwork exercises to activate the diaphragm, develop the brain/body connection to your breathing muscles, and teach you how to use the breath to focus and relax your body and mind during stress such as the ice baths.
Following breathwork training, presentations and yoga warm up you will have the ice baths.
We have 2 huge single person ice bath with 350-400kg of ice. Making the water temperature 1-2 degrees C. This is a real ice bath and true cold exposure training.
Single person ice bath allows you to focus. No distractions. Your breath, your mind, your body and the cold. Bringing you back to nature as Wim says.
Then use your training to warm yourself up using your mind, focus and specific movements.
Everyone can participate to their own ability and level of comfort. No pressure, just fun day of new experiences and learning.

Our studio is air condition and fully pollution free, we make sure the PM2.5 is zero, ready for healthy and safe breathwork.
